XMYG500/1500-UB压滤机是工业生产中的实现固体，液体分离的一种设备，滤室时有一块平板滤板和一块中空的滤框组成，滤布固定在板框上的，采用液设备压压紧，手动机械锁紧保压。混合液流经过滤介质（滤布），固体停留在滤布上，并逐渐在滤布上堆积形成过滤泥饼。而滤液部分则渗透过滤布，成为不含固体的清液。操作维护方便，运行安全可靠。

压滤机分类：

按样式分：板框式压滤机、厢式压滤机、带式压滤机、隔膜式压滤机四大类。

压紧方式：液压自动压紧、手动千斤顶压紧、机械电机压紧三大类。

技术特点：

1.滤板采用改性增强型聚丙烯模压成形，该材质的滤板耐腐蚀，强度高，无毒，无味，过滤压力可根据用户选择，可达1.6Mpa。

2.该机使用液压顶紧。可选手动压紧，也可选择自动液压。

3.洗涤滤饼中的溶液，提高滤液的回吸率。

4.滤布装卸方便，易清洗，寿命长。

使用范围：

医药、化工、标准件、制药、冶金、非标螺丝、染料、食品、酿造、陶瓷、炼油、污水处理等环保行业。

滤布清洗：

1.将滤从板框上拆上去，然后浸泡在水中。

2.用手一再的揉搓，可使用荡涤剂。

3.也可以用刷子，慢慢的刷去滤布上的杂质。刷干净之后，再换上净水来漂洗。

4.如果滤布是酸性的，用偏碱性的溶液来浸泡滤布。

5.如果滤布是偏碱性的，用偏酸性的溶液来浸泡滤布。

常见故障：

压滤机板框磨损严重。主要原因是污泥厚度不够，水份太多。致使板框与板框在做泥时直接摩擦受损。可以在螺杆泵进泥区域增设了一根进泥回流管，增加泥的厚度，使之符合污泥的质量要求。

螺杆泵转速不稳。主要原因是螺杆泵进泥管道被杂物堵住和螺杆泵备用时间长进泥管道被泥堵死。解决办法是螺杆泵运行时保持进泥管通畅，定期清除管内污泥。
