全自动软化水 软化水设备是由全自动软水控制器（美国FLECK富莱克、AUTOTROL阿图祖控制器）、树脂罐（一般为玻璃钢树脂罐和不锈钢树脂罐）、强酸型钠离子阳树脂、盐箱组成整机。同时我公司提供维修全自动软水器的技术支持，齐全的全自动软水器配件供应。全自动软化水设备具有体积小、操作简单、自动运行无须人工操作等特点，已广泛应用于工业锅炉、冷却循环水、炼钢、轧钢、大型变压器、民用热水锅炉等场合。
一、全自动软化水设备的标准工作流程主要包括：
      工作(有时叫做产水，下同)、反洗、吸盐(再生)、慢冲洗(置换)、快冲洗五个过程。不同软化水设备的所有工序非常接近，只是由于实际工艺的不同或控制的需要，可能会有一些附加的流程。任何以钠离子交换为基础的软化水设备都是在这五个流程的基础上发展来的(其中，全自动软化水设备会增加盐水重注过程)。
二、全自动软水器性能特点：
      全自动软水器可分为时间控制型、流量控制型，连续供软水系统型多种系列，有单阀单罐、单阀双罐、双阀双罐并联、大型多阀多罐串联等多种组合形式，满足用户不同用水需求。流量型是所设定的流量控制全自动再生，流量大小可根据树脂装填量及水质情况的不同自行设定。时间型是根据树脂装填量及水质情况结合每小时具体需求量换算时间，由设定时间控制全自动再生（7天或12天范围内根据需要设定再生周期，24小时内任意选择再生时间）。全自动软水设备控制系统技术成型、操作简便、运行可靠、微电脑控制，使其操作更加简便，管理更容易。

Run ,backwash, filling salt(regeneration),slow wash(exchange),fast wash .different water softener has almost same process, according to different process or control, it may add some other processes. based on Na ion exchange, any water softener is almost developed from these five processes.
